How to access it?

You and your authorized staff members can access the Live Chat section by navigating to the sidebar and selecting the Live Chat option. Alternatively, you can access it directly here. Upon accessing the Live Chat section, you will be prompted to log in using your credentials to begin engaging with customers in real-time.

The Live Chat Inbox serves as the central hub for staff members and yourself to engage with customers in real-time. Here’s how you can navigate through this vital component:

Identifying New Chats:

  • Look for chats highlighted in light blue; these indicate new chats unseen by any staff members or yourself.

Closing a Chat:

  • Simply click on the ‘Close’ button located at the top-left corner of the chat. This action closes the chat, treating it like a resolved ticket.
