Chat Logs

Delve into the Chat Logs feature to review every interaction between your customers and the chatbot. Here, every conversation is meticulously logged for your reference. Access these logs anytime to gain insights into your customers’ interactions with the chatbot. It’s a valuable resource for understanding user behavior and improving your chatbot’s performance.

  • Simply click on the row in the Chat Logs section to view the conversation.
  • In the View Chat Logs, messages in blue are from your chatbot, while those in white are from your customer. Take a look at the image below for a visual representation of the View Chat Logs page.

Mark Chat Logs Based on Importance

Discovering an important chat log for future reference is simple with our ‘Mark’ feature.

  • Click on ‘Mark’ for the desired chat log.
  • A dropdown menu will appear.
  • Choose the categorization: ‘Less Important’, ‘Important’, or ‘Very Important’.
  • Select your preferred option to mark the chat log.

Voila! The chat log is now categorized for easy retrieval.
